Do you provide Same Day Service ?

Yes, We do provide service; but mostly for residential customers. We understand that people moving into the area need a place to sleep, get their living space organized and relax.

What type of Guarantee does Furniture Experts provide?

We provide 30 days guarantee on all installation workmanship. Our guarantee cover only if a screw gets damaged or if a part come out because a piece of furniture has not been tighten enough during the assembly ( Which rarely happens).

We are not responsible for shipping delays, shipping damages, wrong parts sent by the manufacturers. These issues will generally generate return visit appointment at an additional fee

FYI: Our technician are trained to not make errors. We have a ZERO DAMAGE policy during installations.  Our Technicians only use high quality tools to install your furniture or fitness equipment and to provide you with the best guarantee when the job is completed

Do you install all brands of furniture & Fitness equipment ?

Yes, We install all brands of furniture or fitness equipment from All manufacturers and all department stores. However, we sometime establish some restriction toward some model brand of furniture if we believe they do not meet our safety requirements

Do you haul trash away ?

No, We do not haul away trash. However, We will make sure that all empty boxes are well organized and regrouped in a specific area after the installation is completed. The customers is responsible for the disposal of empty boxes after the installation. We may haul way empty boxes for an additional fee

For Commercial Clients ; this rule does not apply as it will be based on the project completed or to be completed

Do you have Cancellation Fee ?

Yes, We do have a cancellation fee. If you make an appointment and cancel the appointment within 12 hrs of the appointment scheduled time; you will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. We will charge you this fee immediatly and withdraw it from the payment you made to confirm the appointment. Every Customer is allowed to reschedule the appointment up to 3 times.

How do I pay for your services ?

It is mandatory for all customers to pay their invoice to confirm their appointment to prevent any last minutes cancellation. We work hard to stay profitable and avoid last minutes cancellation that may cause us loss of revenues. We also do this to maintain a stable schedule free of last minute cancellation that affect our workers potential income.

 We accept all type Credit Cards including American express and discover. Payment are made online thru our secure invoice portal that automatically confirms your appointment.

What geographical areas do you cover?

We currently cover Washington DC, The state of Maryland and Northern Virginia. 

If you are out of that coverage area; please call or send an email. We may create a special request for you

What if the crew don`t show ?

We always show. We can repeat that, we always show. We give a 1 hour window of arrival due to traffic on all appointments. To maintain our clients trust and our reputation; We always have a back up crew or a back up plan for every equation on our schedule. Even if traffic is bad, we will show up. Meaning it is our commitment that every customer who successfully confirmed their appointment get serviced no matter what; on the day of their choice. The only time our crew will not show is when a snow storm is passing thru the area or there is a heavy rain related to an outdoor project like trampoline relocation, swing set or other outdoor items.

We notify our customers by email or phone or any delays well ahead of their scheduled appointment time
